Our company was established in the summer of July 2020, centrally located in Derby.
Our aims and ambitions are to expand our business right throughout the East Midlands
and surrounding areas.

FAIZAN POPALZAI
Faizan has been in the construction industry for 15 years, working for both commercial & residential contractors. His role entails creating a construction strategy, monitoring the design and building process, and managing the timeline, finances and resources. He is responsible for the comprehensive oversight, supervision and management of the construction operations of the company.
BUSHRA SALEEM
Bushra is responsible for ensuring the project is completed within budget and on time. They will need to track costs, prepare budgets, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. She will also ensure to provide accurate reports to the clients on the progress of the project. Other responsibilities include managing contracts, ensuring quality control, keeping records of materials and labour costs, monitoring project progress, and preparing claims for any additional costs incurred. She will also need to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and that all parties are kept informed.
